One of the most difficult tasts of starting the restoration process is packing of the contents and personal property in an organized manner. At B.E.Kaylor Restoration we have pack-outs down to a science. We first itemize everything, carefully pack it in the appropriate packing materials and then mark each box as to which room it came out of. Furniture and larger items are photographed/video taped and inspected for damage. This allows for smooth pack back when your home or structure is ready to move back into.

Often the most devastating part of a fire, water or mold loss is the trauma you have experienced with the loss of personal items. At B.E.Kaylor Restoration we know that it is easier to replace drywall and carpet than pictures and special items purchased throughout the years that have sentimental value. We at B.E.Kaylor promise to preserve and protect your valuable contents and possessions as if they were our own.

In the event the contents have been contaminated with mold spores, our technicians are trained in Hepa Vac (HVAC) and wet wiping techniques to ensure a thorough decontamination.
